Sono tornato!

E voi direte..ma chi diavolo sei?!?!

Bazzico spesso nel forum tecnica, per assorbire il più possibile e per colmare lacune incolmabili...

comunque..

sono stato per un paio di mesetti a NY. Lì studiavo ed ├â┬¿ stato così grandioso che ci torno! Sono qui per fare visto e tutte le pratiche necessarie per stare di pi├â┬╣.

Ecco la domandona..

Quanto può costare trasportare la vespa li? Ovviamente chiedo questo soprattutto agli intrepidi di settembre, a Luca o a qulcuno che ne sa, insomma.

Leggevo, chissà dove, che c'è uno di noi che è nel campo dei tradporti e che organizza container per gli USA.

Scusa se ti rispondo solo ora, sono Ivo l'uomo container della spedizione

Raid dei deserti.

Spedire la tua vespa negli States non è un problema, qualsiasi spedizioniere

potrà offrirti un servizio di consolidato per gli Usa. Ti consiglio di imballare bene

la tua Vespa in una cassa in modo da evitare danneggiamenti, visto che poi

dovrà viaggiare con altra merce all'interno di un container.

La parte più difficile e su cui vogli attirare la tua attezione sono le problematiche

relative alla possibilità di poter circolare negli Usa. I motori a due tempi laggiù sono

fuori legge dal 1991, e da questa data non vengono più importati e tantomeno prodotti. Infatti il Kapo

ha dovuto presentare per ogni vespa del Raid una documentazione particolare che gli

ha permesso di circolare per il periodo del Raid. Ma tieni conto che il nostro contenitore

è stato sbarcato in California e quindi dovrai verificare cosa prevede la legislazione

nello stato in cui intendi circolare. Il problema a mio avviso non è la spedizione, con qualche

centinaio di euro dovresti cavartela.

Tieni presente che le uniche notizie attendibili potrai ricevere in loco, ti consiglio quindi di

attivare qualche tuo contatto laggiù. E ti raccomando di verificare in loco ogni e qualsiasi infomazione ti venga data in Italia. Tanto per darti un'idea per il Raid il consolato Usa a Milano

ci ha dato inforamazioni frammentarie e non totalmente corrette !! Infatti siamo stati costretti

ad attivarci con il consolato Italiano in loco e soprattutto con il nostro contatto a San Francisco.

Quindi in campana da questo punto di vista altrimenti rischi di portarti la vespa e poi doverla

mettere in soggiorno come oggetto di arredamento.

Caspita ragazzi, grazie davvero!

Io sono di Como (Grandate), ma la vepsa gironzola tra Milano (dove vivo abitualente) e il lago (dove invece ci sono le curve).

Quando sono stato lì, a NY, di vespe ne ho viste un p├â┬▓, da qualche px a bellissimi gs restaurati. Figuratevi se i newyorkesi non riuscivano ad essere "modaioli" sulle nostre vespe!

Per quanto riguarda l'illegalità dei due tempi in USA, non ne sapevo proprio nulla e mi si coglie decisamente impreparato.

In queste settimane avr├â┬▓ l'intervista con il console e prover├â┬▓ a chiedere anche lì. Poi magari, alla nostra motorizzazione ne sanno qualcosa e poi chieder├â┬▓ ad una mia amica lì di informarsi.

Insoma..adesso mi scateno nel prendere informazioni e vi faccio sapere!

On line ho trovato l'indirizzo di un "piaggio center" a new york. Tanto per provare gli ho scritto una mail ed ecco la risposta:

"Two stroke engines are not illegal in NY they are in California and since

they are the ones that regulate emissions two stroke engines can not make it

through customs... however, I will look at it a little deeper for you and

see what I can make of the situation. Thanks .."

Sembra che sia fatta, no?
